Exceptional service! Despite a nationwide winter storm, this florist went above and beyond to ensure my aunt received her birthday flowers as promised. When I called to confirm delivery, the owner personally contacted the driver and called me back once they were delivered. My aunt loved them. Truly outstanding customer care

This florist has a great selection of both flowers and plants to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I chose the Single Orchid Bowl, and it was absolutely beautiful. My sister was very happy. I would highly recommend this florist.

I live in Omaha, NE and have used Fiddly Fig for two years now to send flowers to my BFF. This year for her birthday I had flowers delivered to her work, a school. Surprise it was a snow day. Before, I could call Fiddly Fig to change my delivery address they reached out to me. They switched my delivery address and my flowers were still delivered on time. The customer service was outstanding. I will continue to use them for all my flower needs in the KC area. Come to Omaha!!!!
