I live in Omaha, NE and have used Fiddly Fig for two years now to send flowers to my BFF. This year for her birthday I had flowers delivered to her work, a school. Surprise it was a snow day. Before, I could call Fiddly Fig to change my delivery address they reached out to me. They switched my delivery address and my flowers were still delivered on time. The customer service was outstanding. I will continue to use them for all my flower needs in the KC area. Come to Omaha!!!!
